Our plant is able to treat material in the form of foil (or grit), supplying as a product 68% gold cyanurate salt.
The process takes place inside a work tank which is placed strictly under the hood and under suction, housed also on the upper floor of the building structure. This will allow, with some modifications, to discharge the liquid of the saturated solutions, inside the crystallization system, which will be placed under them and therefore on the lower level. This crystallizer is wheeled and equipped with a Buckner filter for collecting gold salt.
The work tank will also be equipped with a movable lid, with tilting opening and connected separately to a reflux head in glass, for the condensation of the produced vapors, which will consequently be directed inside the tank to which they are bound. This system avoids decreases in volume in the tank and therefore negative variations in the concentration of the salt in solution, thus automatically guaranteeing the right final title.
Downstream of the process, a liquid treatment system is envisaged for immediate recovery of the residual gold.

Now a days e waste materials are resulting into heavy pollution that can be harmful. But we at delmer are converting the e waste into a useful products.. we are recycling the e waste and producing mining machines which help you the mine the gold. They are made of super quality with less pricing which can be affordable for all
Increasing global technological development has immensely resulted into enhancing production of electronic waste that creates the challenges and opportunities in its recycling. In this review, we focus on the core value of metal resources in the printed circuit boards usually found in end-of-life electronics, the differences between primary mining applications and secondary mining, and the variety of metallurgical separations, in particular those that have the potential to selectively and sustainably recover gold from waste PCBs. It’s a very reliable and sustainable method which can be very useful for electronic waste and can result into a beneficial product
We at delmer provide these products which can to decrease the pollution and can be beneficial to customers.
"THE BENEFITS OF RECYCLING TECHNOLOGICAL WASTE According to research and facts , it is 13 times more costly to extract minerals from natural deposits than it is to recover them from technological waste for the manufacture of new devices. Obtaining minerals like platinum, copper and palladium does not just involve digging them up and processing them, it also requires the use of huge quantities of water and energy. This is where the concept of the circular economy comes in, based on the use of materials from recycled items and less dependence on the virgin resources extraction."

This system can refine 15 to 120 kg of fine silver (99.9%) in 24 hrs.
The modular system can be expanded at any time. One cell for approx. 15 kg of fine silver consists of the following components:
- electrolyte tank 275 l in PP for up to 10 anodes each with 8 kg.
- cathodes made from polished stainless steel
- filter cloths made from acid-resistant fiber
- Drive with scraper
The system requires no special maintenance and can be operated continuously.
The silver to be processed must be melted to anodes which are then hung in the anode holder. The purity of the silver should not be below 70%.
Approx. 15 kg unit tank dimensions: 800 x 1065 x 1470 mm.
Different sizes are available.

We developed the GRC Gold Recovery System especially to recover gold from grinding and polishing sludge, scraps, sweepings and ashes. It goes without saying that the recovery of gold from solutions such as rinsing baths, polishing baths etc. is a matter of course.
The GRC system consists of a completely new concept of an electrolytic cell where the recovery starts with the filtration of sludge in a reactor especially designed for this purpose.
Compared to the commonly used method of boiling the sludge, the GRC system uses aqua regia to achieve a much higher percentage of gold recovery. Another advantage of the GRC system is that the gold inside the reactor is dissolved at room temperature which reduces energy costs and prevents the emission of toxic gases so that a scrubber is not required.

GOLD REFINING DELMER IQ
A revolutionary, patented electrolytic process which will influence the technological development in its field. Gold alloys with a gold content of at least 55% are refined in a single step to fine gold with a purity level of 99.99%. No use of toxic or corrosive acids such as aqua Regia or cyanide. The process is fully automated and is controlled by a microprocessor.
During the processing there are no toxic or corrosive gases/vapors. The processing time required to recover fine gold with a purity level of 99.99% is not more than 6-8 hours. The electrolyte used can be re-used up to 30 times. There is no requirement for gold to be in the electrolyte (as was the case with previous electrolyte processes) and therefore the running costs are very low.
