Description:
This is a universal machine used for all the wet processes of finishing-Roughing, Sanding and Polishing on jewelry parts, all ferrous alloys especially stainless steel.
The machine uses vibration effect that is transmitted to a polyurethane tank by an adjustable masses vibrator. WHAT IS AN ELECTRIC FURNACE ?
An electric furnace is a device whcih generates heat due to the resistance offered to the passage of current that is passed through it.
The furnace provided by us is of indirect heating type, which implies there is no contact between the heating element ( we use high quality & long lasting kanthal heating element ) and the crucible.

HOW TO OPERATE :

- Put the crucible into the furnace chamber and make sure the crucible is touching the thermocouple properly.
- Add the material to be melted into the crucible(add Flux if required).
- Close the lid properly.
- Plug in the furnace into the 220V AC power supply.
- Turn on the green coloured ON/OFF button on the furnace (Green coloured light should be lit).
- For setting the temperature, Press the square button on the temperature controller, keeping it pressed press the up /down button to adjust it according to your requirement and then release.
- When the metal is melt turn off the green button.
- Take out the crucible from the furnace with help of a tong.
